Exceptional service from start to finish.I had been seeing their ad during the morning news for several weeks, so I finally called to set up a consultation for air conditioning installation. Bri was super friendly and knowledgeable. They service our area so we made an appointment for a “comfort advisor” to come to the house. David showed up in a timely manner. He was thoughtful and had answers to all my husband’s questions. They had the best service so far (we had a couple of other consultations) and their financing was perfect for our budget. Within a week of returning the paperwork, we had a heat pump! Jeremy and Cort did a great job! Manny, the electrician was great too. We even had Roy come out this past Monday and update our electric panel. We are so ready for summer! Thanks, Black Hills!
