We called no less than (4) different companies and no-one even returned our calls.... ONE EXCEPTION... Black Hills Inc. Not only did your company respond, your repairman called ahead to let us know he was "on his way" but arrived in the dark, raining, and windy at 8:00PM and courteously inspected the unit, immediately recognizing the problem and advised the approximate cost of the repair.
The installation was quick and efficient and done in a very small amount of time. We paid our bill, and am still in awe of the service, but more especially your service man, and your company is so lucky to have him."
